Alon and Betsy met in New York City, where Alon was working in banking and Betsy in luxury PR. While both were raised on the East Coast of the US, Alon is a dual French/US national and lived in France in his youth. After starting their family in New York, they moved to London for work and bought a pied-à-terre in Paris, a city they had always loved. During the process of fully renovating their Parisian home, they understood there was a gap in the Paris real estate market: there was demand for well-renovated turn-key apartments, but no supply. This inspired them to move to Paris full time in 2004 and create Kasha Paris. In each of their nearly one hundred projects, Alon and Betsy combine a sense of practicality with a refined design aesthetic to offer the service they wish had been available to them.
Lisette manages all after-sales and property-management services. She has an uncanny ability to put everyone at ease. Our clients rely on her to handle any problem, large or small. Originally from the Netherlands, Lisette speaks four languages, and has been living in Paris for more than 30 years.
Maïa and Inés make up the real estate team. They are in charge of buying and selling apartments for private clients and searching for new properties to be transformed by Kasha Paris. A native Parisian, Maïa worked in luxury real estate for eight years before joining Kasha Paris in 2013 to launch the company’s real estate arm. Inés, originally from Argentina, lived all over the world before settling in Paris 20 years ago. She is fluent in Italian, Spanish, French, and English. An accomplished duo, they have a deep knowledge of the market and a knack for matching a person to their perfect apartment.
Éponine and Typhaine graduated from the prestigious École Boulle in Paris with a degree in Interior Architecture. Éponine and Typhaine – along with Lovisa – create the intricate plans and detail drawings behind our apartments, and then translate them into reality.
Lovisa graduated from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and completed a one-year exchange program at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture Paris-Belleville. Lovisa, working with Éponine and Typhaine, create the intricate plans and detail drawings behind our apartments, and then translate them into reality.
